The Ortles 3L Powertex jacket was developed, tested, and perfected for high alpine climbing and ski touring in the Dolomites.
It is designed as a reliable hardshell for major mountain adventures and is made from lightweight, durable Powertex fabric in a 3-layer laminate construction. This simple yet fully equipped shell features a waterproof front zipper and taped seams. Large zippers under the arms provide ample ventilation. The hood, which can be worn under a helmet, transitions into a high collar that closes directly under the chin, ensuring better visibility. The helmet straps pass through the collar. The innovative Direct-Access zipper with dual sliders allows access to the inner pocket and the layers beneath, including immediate access to an avalanche transceiver – practical and safe!
The Ortles 3L Powertex jacket features a PFC-free DWR coating (durable water repellent) and is a Salewa Committed product, manufactured according to additional, strict, and independently verified environmental and social standards.
Waterproof, breathable performance from lightweight and resilient material.
