Salewa Ortles 3L GORE-TEX® Jacket

In developing our Ortles 3L GORE-TEX jacket, we drew inspiration from three peaks: the Königspitze, Monte Zebru, and Ortler. This shell jacket is designed for high alpine environments and provides full weather and storm protection.

It is made from a combination of lightweight, waterproof, and durable 3-layer GORE-TEX material featuring a special, extremely strong membrane and a woven GORE Micro-Grid backer layer, as well as GORE-TEX PACLITE inserts for reduced weight—making it easier to pack away. Mountain-specific features include an ergonomically shaped, helmet-compatible storm hood with a high collar and one-handed adjustable back, a waterproof front zipper, adjustable Velcro cuffs, and ventilation zippers under the arms.

This jacket is a Salewa Committed product, manufactured according to additional, strict, and independently verified environmental and social standards. Additionally, both fabrics are made from 100% recycled polyester. We are committed to continuously reducing the ecological footprint of our products.
