The Sarner knit construction is a very dense wool knitting technique from the Sarntal Valley in South Tyrol. This traditional process creates soft fabrics that are resistant to wind and rain. The 400-gram lightweight Sarner Lite knit blend used here is spun, knitted, and sewn in Italy according to alpine tradition. It consists of a soft, hybrid AlpineWool® material blend that incorporates recycled wool, viscose, and polyamide with elastane. This functional material is combined with lightweight, soft, and cozy Merino wool fleece inserts that contain recycled polyester and additional elastane.
