The Hytty children's hat is a breathable and elastic cap, perfect for active kids. It is made from lightweight, mosquito- and tick-repellent material that keeps pests away without irritating sensitive skin or using harsh chemicals. The brim protects the eyes and face from the sun during outdoor adventures. The insect-repellent effect of Reima BugProof clothing is based on a lemongrass extract that contains geraniol. This extract is applied in a durable coating on the fabric, maintaining its effectiveness even after more than 50 washes. It has a mild, citrus scent that is pleasant for humans but repels mosquitoes, ticks, and other insects, allowing children to enjoy the great outdoors worry-free. Please note that insects may still find their way to untreated areas on clothing with BugProof equipment.
