Qualitatively improvable

The concept of the backpack is good: cut-resistant fabric, blockable zippers, but the quality is unfortunately not convincing at all.
Soon I had to annoy me about the frequently jamming zippers (photo). Then the zippers broke (photo) - a real disappointment!
Another weak point is the narrow access to the main compartment, which makes the contents easily disappear in the "black hole".
