Rab Firewall

A lightweight, versatile 3-layer hardshell made from Pertex Shield. It is waterproof and slightly stretchy, featuring a helmet-compatible stowable hood, clever sleeve fastenings, and deep underarm ventilation, making it ideal for winter hiking and mountaineering.

Pertex Shield fabrics provide lightweight, waterproof protection while remaining breathable. These fabrics are designed for intense mountain treks where weight and breathability are critical, allowing you to move quickly and stay comfortable. The versatile 2-, 2.5-, and 3-layer constructions combine lightweight face fabrics with waterproof, windproof, and breathable membranes. A durable water repellent (DWR) finish applied to the outer fabric protects against rain and snow while supporting breathability.
