Our development team has designed this skort for hiking and outdoor activities. It is a well-fitting skort for girls who enjoy outings: a lightweight, comfortable garment for adventurous outdoor activities. This skort was designed at our development center at the foot of Mont Blanc in France and then produced by our suppliers in India.

These are partners who possess genuine expertise in making our skirts, and with whom we work closely. This trusting relationship with our industrial partners allows for the development of new, technically advanced quality products. We ensure that our code of conduct is upheld by our suppliers, who often operate in developing countries, where our presence helps create jobs.

Through audits and with the help of our local teams, we ensure that employees find a respectful working environment with opportunities for personal growth, contributing to environmental preservation. The skort has been tested for abrasion resistance: in the lab, we check, among other things, whether the fleece fabric pills. The colorfastness test is conducted carefully to prevent bleeding when in contact with saliva. The wash resistance test ensures that repeated washing does not affect the properties, behavior, density, and appearance of the fabric.

We must act to protect our planet; therefore, Quechua is committed to reducing the environmental impact of its product manufacturing. Currently, this product is not yet fully aligned with Ecodesign principles, but we are working daily to improve its environmental compatibility. Ecodesign, repairability, and durability are at the heart of our developments. The skort features an adjustable elastic waistband for a good fit and a pocket.
