The ripstop outer fabric is made from tightly woven nylon taffeta, providing durability, warmth, and protection. The fluorocarbon-free DWR treatment offers protection against light rain or snow. The jacket has a straight cut and optimal insulation. The large front pockets are designed for warming hands. The concealed elastic cuffs ensure a secure fit, preventing drafts. The elastic drawstring at the hem can be adjusted with one hand, and the elastic piping on the hood provides a snug fit. It also includes an externally attached reflective hanging loop.
