Founded in 1963 in Montreal by the French shoe manufacturer Paul Golbert, the Pajar brand offers a suitable product for cold winter days: sheepskin-lined boots. Pajar boots soon become known as the "Rolls Royce of boots." The small family business quickly grows and establishes itself in the Canadian footwear industry. In 1980, Jacques Golbert takes over his father's position as managing director. The label continues to evolve and receives numerous awards. Even celebrities enjoy wearing Pajar boots.
