The robust Pertex Quantum material on the outside provides protection, while inside, Swisswool Black, the rare wool from black sheep in the Swiss Alps, is used in different weights: 150 g/m² warms the front and upper sleeve area, while lighter 120 g/m² is used in the hood and lower sleeve area to reduce bulk. The adjustable sleeve cuffs with elastic inner cuffs fit comfortably over gloves and reliably keep the wind out, just like the high collar with fine Merino mesh inside.
