Ortovox Pala Light Jacket
SProduct details
The massive, bizarre towers of the Pala group rise from the rocky high plateau. Anyone climbing here, at the southernmost mountain range of the Dolomites, needs strong nerves and robust gear. The Merino Shield Tec line was specifically designed for such long alpine routes!
The extremely abrasion-resistant outer material of the Pala Light Jacket for women withstands more than 50,000 rub cycles in the Martindale test, which measures abrasion resistance. Additional reinforcements at particularly stressed areas like the shoulders, forearms, and hips provide maximum protection against rough rock. The 4-way stretch material allows for full freedom of movement, supported by an athletic cut and pre-shaped elbow areas. Its membrane-free construction makes the Pala Light Jacket for women particularly breathable, while fine merino wool on the inside and merino mesh inserts in the collar ensure additional comfort.
The Pala Light Jacket for women features elastic cuffs and hem, and thanks to its High-Reach-Performance Fit, it adapts to every movement and is entirely focused on climbing. The chest pocket is perfect for storing a topo, phone, energy bars, or other small items that should be easily accessible during a long day in the mountains.
For the sake of the environment, the entire Merino Shield Tec line is completely PFC-free and climate-neutral with CO2 compensation. With its fresh look, the Pala Light Jacket for women is ready for major climbing routes on high rock faces.
