The Air Max 90 running shoe, which was also known as Air Max or Air Max III until the year 2000, was something special. The shoe was produced in a color series that couldn't be more eye-catching. A bright red showcased the visible Air cushioning window. The upper material made of nylon and the synthetic suede accents were highlighted by bold color combinations. Thus, the first Air Max model from the 90s was produced in white, black, red, and gray. New color and material mixes for the Air Max 90 were continually created. The shoe is particularly sought after by collectors and sneaker fans.
