The T500 was first released in 1982 and offers excellent quality for a versatile style. Although the reissued T500 was originally designed for recreational use rather than competition, everything that made the T500 an outstanding tennis shoe at the time makes it a timeless classic today. The upper made of pigskin and nubuck leather, along with the perforated toe area, adds a special touch to the familiar look. The rubber midsole subtly nods to the technology of the 1980s, distinguishing it from the vulcanized soles of older court models.
