The 9060 is a new expression of refined style and innovation-driven design that has made the 99X series home to some of the most iconic models in New Balance history. The 9060 reinterprets familiar elements of classic 99X models with a distorted sensibility inspired by the proud futuristic, visible tech aesthetic of the Y2K era. The stabilizers borrowed from the 990 are expanded throughout the upper and are used to convey a sense of visible movement, while wavy lines and enlarged proportions on a sculpted pod midsole exaggeratedly emphasize the well-known cushioning platforms of ABZORB and SBS.
