Pedro Velours graphite grey by Mephisto is a modern and elegant lace-up shoe that combines Soft Air technology and the Goodyear Welt technique. Entirely handmade with incomparable quality and craftsmanship, it involves one of the most difficult manufacturing processes in shoemaking. The Goodyear Welt is typical of very high-end footwear and features an extremely durable construction, allowing for the soles to be replaced repeatedly. It is not uncommon for owners of these shoes to enjoy a lifespan of 20 years. Latex foam midsoles utilize Soft-Air Technology, providing light, airy cushioning with every step, relieving impact on the knees, hips, and lower back. The natural rubber outersole has been mixed with oxygen to add compression and shock absorption while reducing weight.
