In addition to the roll-top, you can access the main compartment directly from the outside via the side zipper. There is a separate compartment for your avalanche gear and a practical, secure attachment for your ice axes. The comfortable contact back system keeps the load close to your back, allowing you to focus entirely on your next move in the vertical.
