Ideal as a thermal layer in a layering system to keep the center of your body warm. Thanks to the stretch insulation and side inserts made from elasticated Polartec® Power Grid™ fleece, the featherweight Rime Light waistcoat fits snugly around the body. The Pertex® Quantum Air lining makes the gilet windproof and particularly breathable, extremely light, and compressible. When you don't need the jacket, simply pack it into the bag provided - the Rime Light Flex can go anywhere.

The woven main material is made from 20-denier nylon, filled with 40 g/m² OTI stretch insulation for optimum heat retention and increased freedom of movement. It features a YKK Vislon® 2-way zip for ease of movement, two backpack pockets for easy access, and two zip pockets compatible with a rucksack and climbing harness. The elasticated hem and additional stuff sack with two carabiner loops enhance its functionality.

With an athletic fit, it weighs 230 g and is suitable for mountaineering, ski touring, and hiking. It is machine washable on a normal cycle at a maximum of 30° Celsius. Do not use chlorine-based bleach, tumble dry gently, do not iron or steam, and do not dry clean or use solvents to remove stains. Wash with similar colors, do not use fabric softener, wash inside out, and do not pierce with pins. Close zips and velcro fasteners before washing.
