The La Sportiva Alpine Guide Softshell Jacket for women sets high standards. The jacket is made from a blend of GORE-TEX Infinium fabric and elastic four-way stretch material. This provides windproofing and elasticity in critical areas, and the fabric is abrasion-resistant all around. The hood stays up even in adverse conditions, there are ventilation zippers under the arms, and the side pockets as well as the flat chest pocket are positioned so that neither a backpack nor a climbing harness obstructs access.
