The unique design of these crystal-clear, faceted jewelry boxes was inspired by the nearby village of Alberobello, where the charming houses are neatly lined up like a settlement of magical white pointed hats, built only for the fleeting span of a human life and revealing the secret of their existence with a pull at their decorative tip.

Symbols of transience, precious boxes that remind us to enjoy the day, as famously urged by the Roman poet Horace with the phrase "Carpe Diem!" – to look through the colorful glass, no matter how fragile the house of life may be: this is roughly what Fabio Novembre had in mind with his designs for the beautiful Kartell Trullo containers.
