Product details
We're proud to present the GAME LO, a model we're bringing back for the first time since the 1980s. This shoe is the low-profile version of one of the oldest and most prestigious models in our archives, the SLAM DUNK I, which made its debut in 1981. At the time, the SLAM DUNK I was billed as "the championship-levelball basketball shoe". In the good tradition of basketball shoesball from that era, the GAME LO upper is made entirely of leather. The base of the upper, as well as the colored overlays, are made of high-quality napa leather, which takes its name nom from Napa, California, where the napa leather manufacturing process was created by Emanuel Manasse, a German tanner who worked for the Sawyer Tanning Company. In addition to these parts, a small overlay of soft suede leather is placed on the lower part of the heel to create a bit of contrast. We branded the shoe on the side panel with our company logo, on the heel tongue where we placed our striking letter ROOS, and on the woven tongue label. The toe box is perforated for good foot ventilation. For a comfortable fit, we've equipped the GAME LO with a mesh lining and Ortholite insole. The outsole features abrasion-resistant rubber for good grip and durability.
