The warmth comes from the removable 6 mm thick Zylex insole with moisture-absorbing inner lining. For size adjustment, there is a bungee closure around the midfoot, and the snow collar can also be adjusted with a bungee closure. The Southpole 4 is completed with the PIONEER outsole made of synthetic rubber, which promises good grip even in slippery conditions.
