Long before the most prominent athletes in the world donned the Swoosh, Nike’s focus was giving University of Oregon athletes a competitive advantage with revolutionary products. Jordan Brand paid homage to the Ducks with the release of the Jordan 5 Oregon, now available. The Jordan 5 Retro SE Oregon colorway draws inspiration from a Jordan 5 PE that was gifted to Oregon student-athletes in 2014. The sneaker’s upper is smothered in Apple Green Durabuck with hits of yellow and black. Unlike the PE version, Oregon branding is replaced with traditional Jumpman on the tongue and a Team Jordan tag heel, similar to last year’s Jordan 5 Michigan release. A black midsole and icy translucent outsole complete this collegiate masterpiece. The Jordan 5 SE Oregon released in September of 2020 and retailed for $225.
