The upper of this Retro Air Jordan 13 sneaker features black mesh and leather with blue suede overlays. The black tongue and black insole each feature a blue Jumpman, and the toe box sports Jordan branding at the bottom of the laces. The panther eye on the lateral-side collar has a holographic finish.
