Enzyme wash: An alternative to the stone wash process using natural enzymes. An enzyme wash utilizes organic enzymes that attack the indigo dye, lightening the color of the denim. The result is a worn, naturally aged look.

Over-dyed: Over-dyeing is a washing process where color is added to a garment. In traditional blue jeans, the over-dyeing is often black. This means that the jeans fade from black to blue. The dye can either be added to the washing machine or sprayed onto the garment.
