Alice, one of the most traditional backpack lines, served as our inspiration for the development of this outstanding piece of bushcraft equipment - the Matilda backpack. Each Matilda bag features a drawstring to protect the contents from spilling out. The bags are stitched at the corners, leaving a channel in the middle through which you can carry, for example, a small axe. Additional MOLLE/PALS pouches can be attached at various points. Two compression straps are located on the sides, which can also be used to carry foam camping mats, as well as two more at the bottom. We have combined 500D Cordura with 210D nylon to ensure durability in key areas while allowing for a lighter weight.
