Defects due to personal negligence and improper use, decorative elements, normal wear and tear, and returns due to dissatisfaction are excluded from the warranty.

Procedure: For a warranty exchange, please send us your "Hinke-FUNKI" along with a note of the damage and the current warranty certificate or proof of purchase directly.
