Footlogics Sports Insoles

The Footlogics Sports Insoles M (41-43) 1PR are full-length corrective insoles specifically designed for athletes and active individuals. Based on current orthopedic principles and findings, these insoles correct overpronation, reducing pressure on the ankles and minimizing sports-related injuries. They provide support for flat feet, high arches, and fallen arches. Suitable for alleviating heel pain, forefoot pain, lower back discomfort, pain on the outside of the knee (runner's knee), Achilles tendon issues, shin splints, and general foot pain. The insoles are designed for use in running, Nordic walking, winter sports, skiing, tennis, golf, as well as activities on artificial turf or in sports halls. They are compatible with all types of sports, running, and hiking shoes. If necessary, they can be trimmed along the marked lines on the bottom. To use, remove the original insole from your footwear, unless it is thin and flat, and replace it with the Footlogics Sports insole. The adjustment period may take a few days. If they do not feel comfortable immediately, wear them for only a few hours a day at first and gradually increase the wearing time by about an hour each day. For cleaning, use a lukewarm, damp cloth. Do not soak the insoles. Allow damp insoles to air dry. They are not suitable for washing machines or dryers. With normal daily use, these insoles typically last about a year.
