Five Race

The RACE was adopted by Sylvain Andre, the 2018 BMX World Champion, and developed in collaboration with Canadian BMX champion Tory Nyaug, a multiple time winner of time trials in the World Cup. It meets all the demands of modern riding.

The RACE is lightweight and protects the palm from slipping on asphalt banked turns. It offers unmatched comfort and precision. The upper material made of sublimated polyester mesh and Mesh 2.2 fits perfectly to the hand and allows airflow, reducing the risk of blisters. The palm made of AX Suede Cinco suede leather is reinforced with Kevlar, a highly abrasion-resistant material placed exactly where it touches the ground in the event of a fall. This small piece of Kevlar makes all the difference!

A silicone print provides the palm and index finger with the necessary grip to maintain control. The thumb benefits from a construction independent of the rest of the glove, resulting in a better fit. It receives additional reinforcement at the point where it contacts the grip. The logos made of 2 mm soft Sonic TPR ultra on the top and 1 mm on the index finger combine aesthetics and protection.

The mobility of the fingers is optimized by using Mesh 2.2 for the finger contours. The fit is ensured by a soft TPR tab with Velcro on the top. Like Tory and Sylvain, the RACE will accompany you to the highest step of the winner's podium.
