Only "Karnak" cotton from Egypt's Nile Delta is used for FALKE No. 9 Pure Fil d'Écosse. After unfolding under the southern sun, the fibres and seeds are painstakingly combed out of the cotton wool to create a product of pure purity and softness. Italian spinning mills produce a yarn from the extra-long fibres that, when double-twisted, offers special strength and high durability. The additional mercerising process gives Fil d'Écosse its silky sheen and unique colour intensity. FALKE No. 9 Pure Fil d'Écosse is available in a wide range of colours.
