The Mongolian cashmere goat is native to the high mountains of the Himalayas. Despite the prevailing harsh and icy climate, it is provided with natural warmth thanks to its fluffy fine undercoat. Each cashmere goat produces only 150 to 200 grams of the precious down annually, which is hand-combed from the fur. In Italy, these delicate fibers are then spun into wonderfully soft cashmere yarn. The special quality of the yarn impresses with outstanding natural thermal insulation at a low weight and gives colors a unique brilliance. Furthermore, the extremely high softness and smoothness of cashmere is hardly surpassed by any other natural fiber. 100% cashmere. Bleaching not allowed. Wool wash cycle at 30°C.
