Special ESD - Antistatic - Fine-knit ESD socks ensure effective grounding and prevent the dangerous accumulation of electrostatic charges. RESISTEX CARBON® fiber, laboratory tested, provides protection against electrostatic discharge. The double ribbing offers better support, while the knitting of the ankle support creates an inner loop from the toes to the calf. They comply with the standard IEC 61340-5-1: 2007, Ed. 1.0, meeting the requirement: R <3.5 x 10^7 Ω. According to the test report from June 3, 2008, the average vertical resistance is 1.2 x 10^4 Ω. Composition: 82% cotton, 16% polyamide, including 4% Resistex® polyamide, 2% elastane.
