The Freerider impresses with its well-thought-out winter features, such as the fully opening back panel. This provides an optimal view of the gear and keeps the backpack dry when being taken off. If any snow does manage to get onto the carrying system, the new robust, breathable, and snow-repellent material ensures a dry back. Safety is also a top priority with the Freerider. The touring backpack has a separate and easily accessible safety compartment for a probe and shovel, keeping the essentials within reach in case of an emergency. A new feature is the variable attachment system. With two separate straps, skis, snowboards, and snowshoes can be quickly secured to the outside of the backpack: skis can be attached diagonally or in an A-shape, while snowboards and snowshoes can be secured vertically. Additionally, the versatile attachment straps can be used for side compression.
