The Cotopaxi Fuego down gilet is made from responsibly sourced, water-repellent goose down and, thanks to its slightly tailored fit, is also perfect as a mid-layer, e.g. for skiing. Otherwise, this is simply the perfect gilet for throwing on and leaving the house. The hem can be adjusted with a drawstring to prevent the wind from getting in, and all the cuffs have elasticated hems. You can keep your hands warm in the pockets.
