It is very soft, feels gentle against the skin, and does not itch. Merino wool is also very thin, with fibers measuring only 16.5 microns, which is more than four times thicker than an average human hair. The thinner and denser the wool, the better it insulates thermally. The fibers in the Comfort Wool Collection by Brubek are the finest Australian merino wool.
