This extremely spacious backpack is designed for professional use and offers generous storage space for long days in the mountains. The evolution of the innovative JetForce technology is now utilized in the even smaller and lighter JetForce Pro avalanche airbag system. Black Diamond's revolutionary JetForce technology is rechargeable and travel-friendly. It can be deployed multiple times, features an automatic deflation function to create an air space, and performs a self-diagnosis automatically with each system start. The new, even more compact system has been positioned lower in the backpack to improve the center of gravity while carrying. With the new Bluetooth interface, you can update the software directly through the PIEPS app on your smartphone and make adjustments. The functional backpack includes a special compartment designed for avalanche equipment, as well as ample storage for clothing, drinks, and accessories. The system is modular, allowing for the attachment of an additional backpack with either 10 or 25 liters, or a 25-liter splitboard booster backpack. This way, the JetForce system offers incredible versatility. With the holder for ice tools and the stowable ski attachment system, the airbag can deploy even when skis are attached to the backpack. The trigger mechanism, equipped with status indicators, can be switched from the right to the left shoulder strap as desired and adjusted to the preferred height. The leg loop on the hip belt also features a new design - it is now stowable and equipped with a carabiner clip for quick attachment to the hip belt.
