On warm days, it provides a cool feeling and keeps you warm when it gets colder. The Lysebu Wool Henley can be worn as a base layer or on its own. Merino wool offers warmth even when wet. It can absorb more than 30% of its own weight in moisture before it feels damp and helps to control odors.

Tencel is a lyocell fiber and the most environmentally friendly viscose fiber. It is plant-based, derived from wood, and is less harmful to the environment than cotton. Its unique closed-loop processing cycle makes Tencel the fiber of the future, as the solvent used is recycled to nearly 100%. This special process has been awarded the European Environmental Prize by the European Union. Another ecological advantage of Tencel is that the wood comes from sustainably managed forests, which are not suitable for agriculture. Textiles made from Tencel feel more absorbent than cotton, softer than silk, and cooler than linen.
