Upcycling - turning old into new

This extra-large shopper made from recycled feed bags offers plenty of storage space for your big shopping trips. Enjoy extended shopping tours with it. Inside the bag, another sack is sewn in, and our stylish "Upcycling by Bekos" patch is attached. In addition to the main compartment, there are three additional pockets inside: two slip pockets and one with a zipper. Thanks to the practical carrying handles, which are reinforced with cotton fabric, the bag is also comfortable to carry on your shoulder.

The material made from recycled bags is very durable, waterproof, and long-lasting. The printed colors from the bags may show signs of wear over time, depending on usage. These are normal signs of use and do not constitute a defect. Each product is handmade, making it a unique piece. Therefore, the appearance and texture of the material may vary slightly.

Help reduce waste and do good not only for nature but also for the disadvantaged community in Cambodia. All our products made from cement bags, rice and fish feed bags, as well as vehicle tires, are produced under the FairTrade seal, in strict adherence to the 10 commandments. This project is certified by the World Fair Trade Organization and awarded by UNESCO. All accessories are designed by the villagers themselves and lovingly handcrafted. Each one is unique, and the material cutouts may differ in design since the bags are fully processed. The material with the fish motif was originally a fish feed bag and had a second life as a rice sack before being transformed into these elegant accessories.
