Water repellent. Windproof. Thermally insulated. Critical seams are sealed. Chin guard. Hidden 3-panel hood with eyelets and drawcord. One cell phone pocket inside. Full-length zipper with Velcro closure and wind flap. Adjustable cuffs on the arm with Velcro and drawstring. Inside pocket with zipper. Two front pockets with zipper and wind protection.
