Arc'teryx Women's Beta AR Jacket

The hardshell for summit climbers in its new, revised version: The Arc'teryx Beta AR Jacket Women is an alpine-ready weather jacket crafted with masterful precision from extremely breathable, lightweight, and durable GORE-TEX® Pro Shell. The advantage of the Pro material is the absence of an oil-repellent PU layer, resulting in up to 28 percent higher breathability. The perfectly implemented ergonomic 3D cut with minimal seam overlaps guarantees unrestricted freedom of movement, making it a pure pleasure to wear on tours with a total weight of under 400 grams. The revised Beta AR jacket is now slightly wider in the chest and hip areas to accommodate various midlayers – for example, under the insulation jackets of the Cerium and Atom collections. Arc'teryx has also designed the Beta AR Jacket Women to be neither too long, allowing it to fit well under a hip or climbing harness, nor too short to prevent riding up. The newly designed hood and revised collar ensure a better fit. The large helmet-compatible hood is separately attached and can be quickly adjusted to the individual head shape using the Cohaesive™ hood adjusters, which are easy to operate even with gloves. The underlying collar provides additional protection and warmth. The laminated inner pocket accommodates a phone and ID, while the large side pockets easily hold a hiking map. Underarm zippers, reinforcements at the heavily stressed shoulder area, and perfectly sealing sleeve cuffs complete the alpine hardshell jacket, qualifying the Beta AR Women as an absolutely reliable all-rounder for any weather in any season.
