Arc'teryx Atom

The Atom Hoody Men is simply a great insulating jacket from Arc'teryx with almost endless application possibilities. In moderate temperatures down to 0 °C, the insulating jacket works well as an outer layer of clothing. This is mainly due to its highly insulating Coreloft synthetic fibre lining and the almost windproof Tyono outer material. However, the Atom Hoody can also be worn at much lower temperatures during physically strenuous activity, as its extremely breathable material prevents heat build-up, but still protects against sensitive cold. The side inserts made from elasticated stretch fleece are not quite as thick as the lining and therefore provide a decisive article for freedom of movement and temperature regulation. This makes the jacket perfect for cross-country skiing and snowshoe tours or ice climbing. When it gets really cold, the body-hugging Atom Hoody can be worn under a soft or hard shell. This combination replaces a thick winter jacket. Naturally, Arc'teryx only uses very lightweight materials, which is why the Atom Hoody has a minimal weight and can be stowed away compactly.
