The frame of the Rift is made from a durable thermoplastic elastomer, and the lenses are made of polycarbonate with an anti-scratch coating. Even if the Rift falls to the ground during a bike ride to the ice cream shop, everything remains in order. To prevent that from happening, the nose pads are individually adjustable, and the temple ends are rubberized. This ensures that the Rift sits comfortably and securely on your head.
