Production

All our backpacks and bags are produced fairly and socially in the EU. Specifically, in Timisoara, Romania, where our partner production is located. The seamstresses are treated fairly according to high labor standards and receive a fair wage. Additionally, automotive waste is collected near the production site, which helps us avoid extra transportation routes and save CO2.

Care

The best way to wash is to use a wash/scrubbing brush and thoroughly brush the airbag fabric with warm water and gall soap/hand detergent. The airbag fabric can be scrubbed well, as the robust material can handle it, and this will also clean the white part. The interior should be approached with a bit more caution; we recommend classic hand washing here.

For drying, it's best to hang it out, and if the inner pouch has gotten wet, you can turn it inside out and wring out any very wet spots if necessary.

Airpaq does not recommend machine washing. While the products and colors should withstand a gentle spin cycle at low temperatures, such a statement must be based on a licensed testing procedure. They cannot guarantee this, and all warranties are voided.
