Sneakers

I regularly look explicitly for products that are produced in Switzerland. To do this, I am reliant on these indications of origin being correct. It is a mystery to me how it is possible for Decatlon to have 25 men's sneakers under CHF 50 on sale that state Switzerland as their country of origin. ON does not produce shoes in Switzerland either. After all, the company is in Switzerland. Even the original Swiss sneaker company Künzli is not able to manufacture its shoes in Switzerland for economic reasons. At least here the shoes are produced in Europe and do not come from the Far East. Incidentally, these shoes are not available for less than CHF 200. Quite expensive! But that's the price if we want products that have been produced under fair conditions for the workers and the environment and have short transport routes. That's why I expect a company like Digitec/Galaxus to clarify the country of origin. Incidentally, since this year I have also been avoiding American products and products from American companies as much as possible.

Unfortunately, there are many shoes that definitely wouldn't fit a flat-footed person like me, so it would be nice to have another filter option here. (see Zalando)

Unfortunately, there is an error with the filter "vegan shoes" or shoes are missing, e.g. those of the brand N'Go Shoes (some of these brands are vegan, it even says so in the title - but these shoes are not displayed with the filter "vegan shoes"). It is also confusing that this filter for vegan products (referring to all products) can be found under sustainability. I would rather list this filter under material or properties.

It's a total pain to find waterproof trainers. If I enter Goretex or GTX in the search field, I don't get any better results. Galaxus, can't you even include the feature?

It is a pity that they only have size 45 shoes for men. There are men who have larger feet. It would be good if they could make them up to 47.

After clicking twice on 'show more', one loses the desire to press further. It is CATASTROPHAL that every third shoe is the same, just a different size... Isn't it possible to create a simple page where the shoe is shown once and ALL SIZES are shown on the same page? And then you can click on your desired size and order. Just like in any other online shoe shop! Digitec/Galaxus is becoming more and more confusing! Also in terms of the assortment, and all the tests and stories... Twenty years ago, it was the best seller. Was! Also the prices/goods were still affordable! No fluctuating prices... No fooling with 'only 2 of 15 left'! The same thing can be offered on a completely different site at a different price. If you don't pay very close attention, you can already pay a bit more. It seems to me like you are trying to build up eBay, Zalando and Amazon in one... And what I often see is that only very few discussions and enquiries are looked at and answered. And then they don't even answer them! In some cases, discussions have been started several weeks ago, where improvements are desired, and no reaction happens, neither an answer nor a redesign of the bad pages, organisation. With you it only works like this, you have to know exactly what I need, enter the EXACT name of the article, and buy it straight away! And the 'suggestions for you' are NEVER suitable for what I have already bought. I look at a shoe, and as a suggestion comes a Natel Xiami. What has that got to do with anything? If anything, socks or anything else explicitly related to the selected item should be displayed. I hope that Digitec/Galaxus will make many good and desired changes/adaptations. I am very interested in ergonomic shoes at the moment and the Joe Nimble brand has been mentioned in several places. Does anyone know of a good alternative on Galaxus or have experience with the brand itself? I would also be interested to know if Galaxus plans to add the brand to their range.

I think it's pretty stupid that one and the same shoe is listed several times, just with different sizes. It makes the list unnecessarily long, and on mobile devices in particular, scrolling becomes increasingly jerky the longer the list gets. Why can't Galaxus also work with several pages? After 20, 50 or 100 articles, depending on what the individual prefers, it's off to page 2, 3, and so on. This reduces the amount of data loaded and makes it possible to browse through all the articles without any jolts. Galaxus/Digitec used to be the pioneer and role model for online shops in Switzerland, but now others can do it better!

Which sneaker has captured your heart? Personally, I've been through "almost" all the brands and I have to say that since the day I tried the Vans Old Skool for the first time, I'm only seen wearing this sneaker for every occasion, because it's simply the best and most comfortable sneaker for me at the moment and I don't care that it's worn by almost everyone (I like them better :P). I am also absolutely fascinated by Converse's high top models. However, I don't wear them anymore because, as I mentioned above, I only venture out of the house with my Vans. Nike Air max, Reebok Classic, New Balance 996, Asics Tiger Gel-Lyte and many more sneakers are lying around at home gathering dust or are only used sporadically because my love for Vans cannot be broken. How does this look for you? Why have you taken this sneaker or these sneakers to your hearts? Which other sneakers would you like to see in our range?

It's a shame that this Converse promotion doesn't always show the size with the discount. Size 39 in my favourite colour = normal price. You show the size for certain models and not for others, which is confusing and leads to disappointment :(

Hello, the only really comfortable ones are those made in England! Unfortunately when you order them on the internet you don't know where they are made!
