Question about Oatly Oat barista

My experience exactly! I have already ordered various oat milk products from Galaxus. Conclusion: Up to 10 packs, the products arrive reasonably well. However, this is annoying because you practically don't reach the minimum order value. As soon as you receive other, non-Tetrapak products in the same package, the milk packs take a beating.
I have always complained to Galaxus when the cartons were broken and received my money back as a gesture of goodwill. However, from my point of view, the whole thing borders on food waste, because Galaxus can't manage to send oat milk products properly :( My last order was already broken when it was loaded into the post office delivery vehicle and therefore didn't even reach me... Too bad about the wasted food and the mess....
