Patrón has been producing Pemium tequila in Mexico since 1989. The production is 100% from the blue agave, which is harvested by hand. Patrón Tequila Añejo was distilled in small batches and aged for over twelve months in small white oak barrels. Notes of oak, raisins and vanilla present on the nose, followed by deep oak tones with vanilla, honey and caramel on the palate. The finish is slightly smoky with sweet caramel notes.
