The intelligent, meditative potential of certain herbs has been valued by sages since ancient times, leading them to plant these, like ginkgo, directly in temples. Our special herbal composition is based on ancient traditions. The teachings of Ayurveda see thinking in close relation to the fire element. Therefore, to maintain a cool head even on hot days, we have added cooling mints to this tea.

Preparation:
Pour 250 ml of boiling water over the tea bag and let it steep for about 5-6 minutes (longer for a stronger flavor).

Ingredients:
Ginkgo, ginger, lemongrass, licorice, peppermint, lemon verbena, basil, lemon balm, cardamom, black pepper. The ingredients marked with * are from controlled organic farming.
