Ayurveda is a holistic tradition from ancient India that recognises the need to bring body, mind and soul into harmony. Ayurveda teaches that our physical, mental and emotional bodies are influenced by the six flavours of sweet, sour, salty, bitter, pungent and astringent. The sour flavour of lemon invigorates the mind and creates a feeling of lightness. In combination with five other ingredients, ginger-lemon tea acquires its refreshingly sweet flavour. Enjoy a cup of ginger-lemon as a pick-me-up anytime and anywhere. In summer it is a delicious treat when chilled.

Preparation:
Pour 250 ml of boiling water over the tea bag and leave to infuse for around 5-7 minutes (longer for a stronger flavour).
