WOO® Protein is a recovery drink for your body. The proportion of essential amino acids (amino acids that the body cannot produce on its own) in WOO® Protein is exceptionally high. WOO® Protein is a "fast protein," meaning that after consumption, it takes 20 to 30 minutes for the amino acid levels in the blood to reach their peak. Muscle growth always depends on the balance between protein synthesis and protein breakdown. The rapid increase in amino acids stimulates protein synthesis, resulting in an anabolic effect.
