Whey protein is the English term for milk protein. It is one of the highest quality and most easily digestible proteins. Weider has succeeded in developing a high-quality protein powder that tastes great and meets nutritional needs. The manufacturing method plays an important role, as microfiltered protein is used, which is not exposed to high heat or pressure. The composition of the product provides a high content of essential BCAAs and glutamines. The product contains globulins and glycomacropeptides, which are referred to as bioactive substances. They are attributed health-promoting properties, similar to probiotics or omega-3 fatty acids. Additionally, beta and alpha-lactoglobulins are included, which regulate the acid-base balance and are considered energy suppliers. Immunoglobulins strengthen the immune system, and glycomacropeptides help control appetite.
