Whey protein is the English term for milk protein. It is one of the biologically highest quality and most tolerable proteins. Weider has succeeded in developing a high-quality protein powder that tastes great and meets nutritional needs. The manufacturing method plays an important role here, as microfiltered protein is used, which is not exposed to high heat or pressure. The composition of the product provides a high content of important BCAAs and glutamines. The product contains globulins and glycomacropeptides, which are referred to as bioactive substances. Similar to probiotics or omega-3 fatty acids, they are attributed with health-promoting properties. Additionally, beta and alpha-lactoglobulins are included, which regulate the acid-base balance and are referred to as energy suppliers. Immunoglobulins strengthen the immune system, and glycomacropeptides control appetite.
